Mark Ciepluch
President
Professional Bio:
Mark is a degreed Electrical Engineer from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Mark spent 13 years in automotive and 8 years in aerospace. While in aerospace, he developed his leadership skills and left as a COO. The leadership team from Mark’s aerospace company purchased Vendura where they are busy implementing their entrepreneurial vision of Customer Delight through Employee Development and Empowerment.
Personal Bio:
Mark and Karyn have been married for more than 25 years and have 3 sons, ages 23, 21 and 19. They live in Muskego WI and besides visiting their children, they enjoy time at their vacation home in Door County WI.
Cristina Nagle
Office Manager
Professional:
Cristina is the Office Manager at Vendura Industries. She has been with Vendura for 9 years and is known as the backbone of our company. She does a great job getting things done and holding others accountable. Cristina handles everything from accounting and payroll to purchasing and shipping. If you call Vendura and get her on the phone, she will surely be able to get you where you need to go!
Personal:
Most of the time when Cristina is not at the office she can be found outside. She loves to travel, tend to her garden, and go on long walks with her husband and their dog, Daisy. She finds much joy in supplying her family and the Vendura team with her amazing baked goods and other recipes from back home. Cristina also loves to spend time visiting her son, Sebastian, in Minnesota.
Shawn Ryan
Manufacturing Engineer
Professional:
Shawn graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Environmental Design. He has 21 years of experience working in the design/engineering field for different industries. He has worked at Vendura Industries since 2017 as the Manufacturing Engineer.
Personal:
Shawn has two children and two stepchildren that always keep him on his toes, as he enjoys spending time with them in his free time. He is an avid sports fan and played football at Northern Michigan University. Today, he is a bit more content watching the kids carry on the tradition.
David Rusher, CCT/CP
Compliance/Quality Manager
Professional:
David Rusher graduated from the Home Builder Institute of Technology in Reno, NV in 1990. After college, David spent nine years working in the field of agricultural science in California. In 2000, David relocated to Pardeeville, WI to pursue in situ polymerization. David joined the Vendura team in 2012 where he has pursued in his role as a Compliance/Quality Manager. David is the science behind the production, creating precise formulas to meet the criteria of every customer’s request.
Personal:
In 1993, David married his wife, Kelly, and raised two boys together. David and Kelly have enjoyed making private stock fruit wines to share with family and friends on special occasions for the past 16 years. One of David’s favorite hobbies is collecting rare silver coins and bars. He took interest at the age of ten, and it remains one of his favorite hobbies along with in-situ polymerization.
Marvin Zautcke
Account Manager
Professional:
Marvin has been with Vendura Industries since August of 2022. With over 30 years of successful sales and account management experience with Canon U.S.A., Inc. – Camera Division, Best Buy & Magnolia Hi-Fi, the U.S. Census Bureau, West Corporation, and Northern Tool & Supply, Marvin brings a wealth of marketing expertise, exceptional customer service and satisfaction, and product support and enthusiasm. As Account Manager, Marvin takes care of our behavioral health, commercial, and residential quotes along with servicing our key OEM accounts.
Personal:
Marvin and his wife love to go to the movies, watching the Packers and Brewers on tv, travel, experience new places and restaurants, and spend time with family and friends. Marvin also enjoys doing family history and genealogy research, and has even traced several family lines back to the 1500s.
Vennie the Turtle
Director of Smiles
Professional:
Vennie was born a long time ago in the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean. He grew up swimming from island to island, living in harmony with nature. After graduating from Coral College in the Caribbean, he was hired by Vendura Industries. His shell is one of the hardest natural surfaces on earth, much like Vendura’s solid surface shower bases and vanities.
Personal:
Vennie loves nature, and is proud of Vendura’s renewable properties. Vendura’s colors are varied and vivid, reminding him of his home. Vennie would love to hear from you!
Sam Hoffman
Sales/Marketing Lead

Professional:
Sam is the newest addition to Vendura’s team. He was a Student Assistant Coach for Concordia Men’s Basketball for the last 3 years and spent a year on the Cell & Gene Therapy Team at Xiogenix as a Business Development Associate. Sam is still in his senior year of college at Concordia, set to graduate in December 2023.
Personal:
Sam is very energetic and competitive in whatever he does. He loves being around people and overcoming challenges in a team atmosphere. In his free time, he loves to golf, go to sporting events, play guitar, and listen to live music.
